Reunion Dinner for 2014 and 2015 Matriculants

We look forward to welcoming over 180 Girtonians and their guests to a reunion dinner for all those who matriculated in 2014 and 2015 on Saturday 13 September 2025. Please find below a reminder of the arrangements for the evening.

Dinner Details
The format is a traditional formal dinner in the Hall. The Social Hub bar will be open from 6pm with the formal part of the evening starting at 7pm with reception drinks in the Old Hall and Stanley Library followed by dinner in the Hall at 7.45pm. Afterwards there will be tea & coffee available back in the Old Hall and the bar (both upstairs and downstairs) will be open until midnight for post-dinner drinks and further reminiscing! The dress code is black tie, gowns are not worn.

A reception desk will be located outside Old Hall, where you can collect your name badge and the guest list which will include the reunion biographies.

Accommodation
For those who have reserved a room in College, your room will be available from 2pm (unless advised otherwise) with check in at the Porters’ Lodge. Breakfast will be served between 8am and 10am on Saturday.

Guests who are staying in College are welcome to use the swimming pool during their stay, lone swimming is not permitted. The swimming pool will be open on Saturday from 7am to 10pm, please collect a key from the Porters’ Lodge.  Please note swimming lessons may be taking place on Saturday morning.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available at the College, if possible please use the Mare’s Run car park off Girton Road. Please note there is no longer parking in Cloisters Court.

Accessible parking is available in Ash Court (through the barrier near Mare’s Run Car Park) car park and opposite Old Kitchens entrance.

Smoking
There is a designated smoking and vaping area next to the maintenance building. Please do not smoke elsewhere on the College grounds.
