The Grange
The Grange is a large, characterful house for postgraduate students, located in the corner of the main College grounds. It consists of 12 single standard bedrooms spread across three floors (three bedrooms on the top floor, five on the first and four on the ground floor). It has shared kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor. The house is accessible via lit paths through the College grounds leading from the main College building and directly from the main road by car or bike. There is a communal study/social area on the ground floor. All external and bedroom doors are lockable.
The Grange is surrounded by fields and gardens and has its own laundry and drying area as well as outside clothes lines. Parking, requiring a permit from the College, is available close to the property.
Attached to the Grange are three flats suitable for couples.
The accommodation is accessed by stairs and is not level access. The location can be viewed on the College map (top left)
